Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with hygiene stickers intact, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
